Bregal Unternehmerkapital GmbH, the new majority shareholder, paves the way for growth as SEMA Software GmbH joins SystaBuild Software Group. Systabuild Software Group of companies focuses on software solutions for the construction industry, which opens up new opportunities for SEMA in development and sales.

SEMA makes history with the first direct data transfer from a computer to a joinery machine.

The first SEMA program for computer-aided joinery is developed under the CPM operating system.
