More flexible touch markings with text increase efficiency and flexibility for customers in the new SEMA 24.1 Release. In this way the construction and production of timber frame walls can be carried out more efficiently and easily.
The current SEMA version makes the construction of timber frame walls and the subsequent production faster and more effective. A significant innovation: The touch markings with text can now be placed variably on all sides of the components.
If the “Touch marking with text” function is selected in the general pre-settings, a touch marking with text is automatically created for every connection between timber and timber. By default, however, it is always set on the reference area on which the components (timber and timber) meet. Now, the marking for the end types 'cut' and 'lengthening' can also be placed flexibly on all sides of the respective component (reference side 1-4) . If the timbers are placed on an assembly table for processing, the text is better visible from above. The same applies if the posts are milled out of the sole plate: Since the text is on a different reference side, it is still clearly visible. The text output can be set both automatically and individually. It can be generated on the right, left or centred.
