Adaptation of CAD, MCAD and Dimensioning Objects in 3D

From now on, all CAD, MCAD and dimensioning objects can be displayed in the 3D view. Once the corresponding components have been created in the top view, an element view or a section, they can be activated for the 3D display via the display settings (F7).

Consequently, a separate 3D tab has been added for each component in the display settings (F7). In this tab, the layers for the component as well as for dimensioning, CAD and MCAD can be activated individually.

In addition, the alignment of the texts has been optimized so that the best possible readability is ensured. The texts in the 3D representation can now be adjusted via the scale, independently of the 2D representation. All components can be marked directly in the 3D area and modified via the “Change” function. It is therefore also possible to edit MCAD formulas directly in the 3D representation. All objects are automatically considered when creating a PDF or printing.

This feature allows for precise visualization and facilitates the editing and adjusting of objects in a three-dimensional view.
